It's the model with the antenna included. The naming feels odd, but it's available under the tx50 line and other variants. Everything seems to stem from the ax3000 line of products.

I explored further and it seems the system has all the BT profiles compatible with Windows 10, which is definitely a positive sign. It looks like I’ve discovered the right BT module.
