Xenia is undergoing an experimental phase; therefore, the majority of games are not functioning properly, let alone running effectively.

That is a fake emulator! Beware of those! Xenia is real, but early stages.

That is what I'm saying. But if OP wants some more functionality, there is a CFW for the current firmware of the PS3 (4.81) in the works. So if he'd buy one and not update it, it'l be a lot better for him if he can deal with the absence of the XBOX 360 exclusives. Hardware flashers are soon to be obsolete, on the Sony side that is. But if OP has to know how an RGH on a 360 is an option.

Thanks for sharing your experience. It sounds like you've had some issues with your 360 over the past few years. You mentioned trying to clean the dust but it keeps returning, and you're considering switching to a different brand since Sony hasn't worked well for you. You're also worried about the annoying ads on eBay. You might want to give another 360 a try later if you decide to revisit it.

Visit Gamestop and consider overpaying if you prefer not to use eBay. https://www.gamestop.com/browse/consoles...2412-85-c4

I've never visited a Gamestop, but I'm frustrated with those ads claiming "The most powerful console."
