I purchased this adapter but did not receive it. The chipset used is RTL8811—does this chipset work well or poorly? Check the product page on Shopee.

Consider upgrading to a PCIe NIC with Wi-Fi from TP Link if your PC has an extra PCIe x1 port. Realtek isn't a trustworthy Wi-Fi chipset maker, and even a budget USB option can cause problems. PCIe remains stable, but USB performance is limited.

I chose a USB Wi-Fi adapter because my motherboard only supports one PCI-E slot and it's running the Radeon R7 360. The primary router sending the connection is a Tplink AX3000.

the typical motherboard comes with at least one x1, but if it’s missing you might want to check another option. i’ve only ever used a usb for wifi once, and it seems like the device could be affected by chinese malware that didn’t function properly.

Choose the TP Link Archer USB T2U. It includes an external 5dbi antenna which enhances signal reliability.

Your internet speed is 600 Mbps. For a USB Wi-Fi adapter, a strong signal near that speed is key, a big antenna, several antennas, a good chipset, or Wi-Fi 6 support matter most. The router and PC are about 8 to 9 meters apart with a wall in between. Are you expecting a very costly adapter with all these features, or could affordable options on AliExpress be suitable?
