This might be a rare issue but if you have any tips, let me know. My PC uses an i3 12100 and I mainly play light games such as Roblox and Minecraft. Because my system is already optimized for those titles, I often use an FPS unlocker to run Roblox. The surprising part is that even when Roblox doesn’t exceed 200 FPS it stays between 80-180. With a 165Hz monitor I was hoping to get more from the refresh rate, but the unlocker rarely goes above 100 and sometimes hits around 170 for about an hour. What I find odd is my GPU never reaches more than 30-50% usage, yet when I play Minecraft with shaders it always achieves the highest possible FPS. I think this could be related to Roblox settings—please advise if anyone has suggestions.

Roblox isn't optimized for top performance; it wasn't built for high frame rates. It was created for young kids using tablets, and even with FPS improvements, it won't solve the underlying issues.
