Removed leftover files from the HDD without deleting apps, but some remain. What tool should I use to clear everything?

Use regedit with care—it’s built into Windows and can be located via a search. Be cautious; incorrect steps may damage your system. The safest approach is to remove it through the control panel, and if that doesn’t work, the registry should handle the fix automatically.

Using iobit uninstaller will locate most registry files from the program, and you won't need to manually remove them afterward. Before deletion, it will display the files and confirm their correctness.

CCLeaners registery cleaner is the only one I suggest. I didn't use IObits Uninstaller for it. Had a poor experience with that one.
