Looking at the screenshot, the specs are i9-11900H with RTX 3070. I’m considering lowering the voltage using throttle stop, but it seems my CPU is stuck at maximum voltage because I can’t adjust the supply voltage. The fan is already running at full speed, and the laptop is tilted about 3 inches, which should help airflow. I found some online advice but want to make sure it fits my setup. Thanks for your help! Good day.

I haven't used any Intel laptop in years, but I recall the Intel XTU could handle CPU undervolting and overclocking. Does that sound like it's no longer available?

Started from BIOS, but nothing appears about overclock or undervolt settings. It seems the system is locked, and I might not be able to help further. This laptop’s lifespan may be ending sooner than expected.
