Last year I finally tried Google Play Games Desktop beta and it performed very well. I play games such as Cookie Run Kingdom with it and it maintained around 60 FPS, which was impressive. However, around December after an update, the emulator started running much slower than before.
I used Fraps to check the maximum FPS the emulator's VM could reach. It turned out the VM was limited to just 30 FPS. There were no external settings or conflicting software involved. This unexpected behavior surprised me and I'm not sure why it happened.
If this issue doesn't occur for you, how can you fix it?
Some games have a maximum score of 30, I think it covers all titles now?
