It’s likely a violation unless you purchase the license and receive it at no cost. Also, inquiring about pirated software probably breaks the forum’s guidelines.

Hello. Most personalization features are unavailable. Previous users noted background and color preferences, such as dark mode. Settings for the lock screen and start menu are also affected. Certain synchronization options might be turned off, and it seems you only have access to basic Windows updates. It appears a non-activated version of Windows 10 is accessible forever. You should still be able to run games on it. I suspect the Windows 10 license would count toward installation or service charges. Questions about piracy or cracked content are permitted, but sharing redistributed files, guides, or links to illegal sites isn't allowed.
