I'm exploring options for improving my setup. I've heard mixed things about the B560 boards and their compatibility with certain CPUs. Are there other motherboard types that would work better? Should I stick with B560 if I choose the right one, or is there a better fit? I want to avoid overclocking but also prevent my CPU from underperforming due to poor compatibility. Thanks for your help!

Check out these compatible components for your ASRock B560. Be sure to look at the PSU options: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/dJmFf7/...50fnfagu-1 and https://pcpartpicker.com/product/qH4Ycf/...g6-0750-x1.

B560 boards have their pros and cons. Some models are really poor, such as certain ASUS Prime lines, while others deliver excellent performance like the ASUS ROG Strix series. The B560M Bazooka stands out as a solid budget option. For the rest of your components, you might be spending too much in some areas. A better cooler offers speed and cost savings, along with cheaper storage without sacrificing performance—this drive is currently available on sale at Newegg with a mail-in rebate. And RAM prices are also dropping.
