My connection is getting a solid upgrade to 80/8 VDSL and I need a fresh modem/router. I'm aiming for something under 100€, preferably with USB 3.0 for easy file sharing via external HDD. Dual-band support, 1Gb LAN, and 802.11ac are must-haves. Good QoS and parental controls would be a big plus. Appreciate your help!

You don’t need to know the exact model you should pick. Just enter your router’s gateway into your browser and manage its settings easily. The version we have works well and lets you select particular MAC addresses, as well as control access times or internet usage for devices.

You're considering the Nighthawk X4S, but it exceeds your budget. It might be worth revisiting your price range. Here are some alternatives you can explore, including the Nighthawk R7000 link you shared: https://www.tech21century.com/best-veriz...e-routers/
