Using unauthorized software is definitely risky. It seems you might not grasp that point. As mentioned before, any operating system can be safe if used properly. However, careless actions can cause issues. Windows Home and Pro versions will handle the same software identically. Your hardware concerns don’t have a clear solution as explained on PCG. Do you have a budget for improvements?
