I've created a Minecraft mod pack and need a hosting service that lets you upload to a public folder. I looked at Dropbox Premium, MediaFire, Google Drive, and Box.com, but none of them require the file to be in a public directory. Since I can't use free options and need guaranteed access, I'm considering paying someone to host it on their Dropbox Premium account.
