I joined the fiber optic network from the ISP now. I'm experiencing 3000 ping and latency around 300 +. The ISP says it's my problem, so I plan to connect my laptop with a monitor tool directly to their port to verify it's not an issue on my end. By the way, with VDSL the ping was 60 and latency was near zero. I hope someone can provide a tool that records high ping, low latency, speed data to help prove this. I'm having trouble even chatting on Discord—I only catch partial messages, which is really frustrating (attached debug image). Thanks everyone, have a great day!
I appreciate the attempt, but you'll likely need more sophisticated tools for testing connectivity to servers in the EU region.
