I wouldn't care much about eco mode, it would slow down the CPU. No matter how much, a loss still counts. If I were you, I'd just start it and see what happens.

A 120mm AIO might work, but whether it matches your current air cooler depends on performance needs. It could be comparable in cooling power for a 5800x if you're okay trading PSU for better airflow.

I own a 5600X as well, and it handles cooling very well. Much simpler than the 5900X with identical hardware and cooler. It delivers around 144W peak power at 240 seconds.

I looked at the 5600X, but currently the gap to the 5800X (on sale) is just $10-20. That’s why I’m leaning toward the 5800X.
