Hey, at the office we were still printing all our files and placing them in a map before storing them in a cabinet. When a client requested a file, it took a long time to locate it, so we decided to scan everything and send them one by one. We expect them to arrive as PDF files, with just the date and time in the filename. We’d like to organize them into folders and rename them to the actual file name so people can access them quickly. Does this sound good? Best regards.

I’m not confident, but you can sort them by date first, then select all. Rename > windows will assign numbers automatically—just experiment before applying to avoid issues.
