I own an Alienware Aurora R12 equipped with an Intel i7 11700 and R9 270 graphics. From the moment I purchased it, I couldn't reach the BIOS settings (it only displayed a white screen). I watched a YouTube tutorial from Alienware to update the BIOS in a particular sequence (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YqcNGBUFq8E). I upgraded from version 1.1.9 to 1.1.10, followed the instructions, and restarted my PC. After that, it again showed a white screen, and I’m now stuck there. The only option is pressing ESC to restart. Since I don’t have warranty coverage, I can’t contact support. Anyone have a solution to this issue?
