You recently reinstalled Windows 10, and now your laptop shows a black screen upon startup. This could be due to system corruption or driver issues. Try checking the BIOS settings for any recent changes, updating or reinstalling drivers (especially graphics and chipset), and ensuring your Kingston A400 SSD is properly recognized. If problems persist, consider running a system restore or using Windows Recovery Environment.

You can access Task Manager via Ctrl + Shift + Esc or Ctrl + Alt + Esc. Once inside, you can fully utilize its features or reset it by logging out and back in.

I attempted to launch Task Manager using Ctrl + Shift + Esc and Ctrl + Alt + Delete, but it didn’t respond. I waited a few minutes and the Explorer opened on its own.

It seems unusual, haven't we? I've checked if restarting might help.
