I just put in an RX 460 and whenever I attempt to close Team Fortress 2 in full-screen, the screen goes black and stays unresponsive. I've waited a while, but it's not like the rest of my system is affected—it has decent specs (i5-6600, WD Blue 1 Tb, standard storage). Since it's new, I usually just power off the PC. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

TF2 continues operating quietly, and the primary program (hl2.exe) likely stays open. It may react to Ctrl+Alt+Delete.

Did you run DDU prior to setting up the rx460? If not, start with DDU in safe mode. Clear all relevant drivers—nVIDIA, Intel iGPU, or any older AMD GPU. Install the new AMD package with as few components as needed, avoiding bloatware such as Raptr. Only add the drivers then retry and let me know what happens. Best of luck.

I'll give it a shot, since I've already installed the Intel drivers.
