Hello, Your system powers on now with fans running and RGB active, but the keyboard and mouse aren't responding. After replacing the CPU from a 3700x to a Ryzen 5800x, the boot process was slow and unstable, showing only 30fps. I checked for BIOS updates on Lenovo’s site and found one available. After installing it, I also applied two Windows updates. However, when trying to flash the BIOS, I received an “undefined image” error in CMD. The computer restarted briefly, then the screen went black. After a 30-minute reboot, the display remained off. I tested both HDMI and DisplayPort connections, used a single RAM stick, reset CMOS, and even switched back to the older 3700x model, but nothing resolved the issue. System specs: RTX 3070, Ryzen 3700x, Lenovo B550 board, 16GB 3200MHz DDR4, M.2 1TB SSD, 150W tower cooler. Please help me, I’m hoping for some guidance.
