I need to figure out what's going wrong with your old I3 3220 PC. It seems stuck on the ASUS logo or a black screen every time you boot Windows. You've tried leaving it, but it restarts again. When using USB with installed Windows, removal and reinstallation keeps failing with progress stuck. You suspect the hard drive issue, but even with another empty HDD, the problem persists. The BIOS stays frozen without freezing or black screen, but the CPU temp is normal. I'm limited by budget and can only swap components between similar models. My main options are checking the motherboard or CPU temperature—maybe it's a faulty chip or overheating. If you want a fix, swapping to a different part might help, but I'm not sure which one to choose.
