This just occurred after I pressed the update and shutdown buttons (it was forced). For roughly 30 seconds I saw a completely blank white screen before it shut down. I rebooted to see if anything was wrong, but it took a really long time to spin up a spinning circle on the motherboard. Once I got in, it seemed to work properly, though my Big Grin drive is missing. I checked the BIOS and it wasn’t listed there either. Did the update cause any issues with my drive? Thanks for any assistance!

Are you referring to a firmware change for the SSD? It seems like it may have failed. Have you attempted to run it on another machine? Do you still have coverage for it?

It wasn't a firmware upgrade; it was a Windows 11 software update. I haven’t tried anything much yet—it was late last night, so I had to go to bed and spent the day at work. I’ll need to look into the warranty next.
