Played a lot of Kingdom Come Deliverance with VSync enabled, but my FPS drops unexpectedly and it keeps from tearing. However, when I disable VSync, the map tears constantly during movement. It seems like a monitor problem might be involved.

Consider using a dedicated full screen setting rather than the windowed fullscreen option. Turn off all overlays and disable any video capture tools, such as those built into Windows.

Consider using a full-screen mode exclusively. Turn off all overlays. Disable all video capture tools, such as Windows' built-in features.
