Minor screen tearing issues in Cyberpunk 2077 at 1080p with an RX580 are possible. It might help adjusting certain settings.

Tested both AMD Freesync and Radeon Enhanced Sync in the software....
Also tried "VSync" during gameplay, which caused excessive blurring of motion.
32" FHD LG monitor. Uncertain if it supports freesync
