PC usage on Monday caused it to fail to boot. Some devices like the mouse and keyboard work, while others such as the microphone and controller remain inactive. Monitors show no display either. I’ve inspected all cables but remain confused. My system specs are below the expected range. I have a Ryzen 9 3900x, an Asus B550-A with 32GB RAM, Corsair Vengeance RGB 3200MHz, a Gigabyte Vision 3070, a Samsung 970 Evo 1.5TB, a Seagate hard drive, a Corsair H100 AIO cooler, and a 465x case.

Audiences rotate similarly to the PSU fan? Edit: regret, your PSU operates in zero RPM mode. Do you see a Q-LED (DRAM yellow, CPU red, VGA white, Boot Device yellow-green)? Have you attempted a BIOS reset? Updated January 11, 2024 by leclod

I have not tried to reset the BIOS and there is no error light, everything looks like normal.

The BIOS reset isn't possible because the monitors aren't showing anything.
