I've experienced some problems with my computer recently. Suddenly the display would disappear, sometimes turning all white while the other monitor showed yellow, then everything went black. Other times it shut down instantly. I've tried different HDMI cables, unplugging and plugging in the monitor, using another monitor, but it doesn't work. Even without a display, audio would still play and I could turn it off with Alt+F4. It seems to happen at random, not just when using certain apps like YouTube. I don’t think it’s due to overheating, since it occurs unexpectedly. I noticed the audio stopped working even when I connected my monitor's audio jack, but there were no crash sounds. When I tried to restart the PC, it would turn on but crash again within minutes, sometimes failing to load BIOS. There’s also another concern: Task Manager showed only 8GB RAM while the hardware reported 16, though I reinstalled the RAM and it worked. It’s unclear if this is causing the issue or if something else is involved. Could it be related to a GPU or RAM problem?
