Hello! I've been having trouble with this problem for several hours. The PC starts up normally in safe mode but becomes unresponsive after entering normal mode, showing only a black screen and just my cursor. I can't access any apps or tools like Task Manager. Even after power cycling and removing the GPU drivers, the issue persisted across multiple reboots while reinstalling drivers. I ran chkdsk, SFC scannow, and dism commands, but they didn’t resolve anything. A rollback helped temporarily, but after another restart—likely due to a recent quality update—I saw it happen again, which suggests the rollback was removed. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

I used the quick option but it didn’t work—only a loading symbol appeared briefly before it vanished. Pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete also didn’t bring anything up. A full scan for viruses came back clean, so no threats detected.

Enter Ctrl + Shift + P twice. Wait ten seconds. If nothing changes, try again. If not, press Win + Ctrl + Shift + B to restart GPU drivers.
