(Asus x555lf laptop) Hello, my hard drive stopped working so I used an older one. I reinstalled Windows 10, but the screen still looks damaged. How can I fix this? I already changed the resolution settings, yet it doesn’t show up in the options. I’ve tried different drivers and swapped the display cable, but connecting to a TV works fine.

It might indicate an issue with the monitor if it doesn’t display on a TV.

You can verify if the monitor is functioning correctly by testing its performance and ensuring it displays images or text without issues.
