Hey there, just encountered an issue last night. My screen won’t power off after the set time I configured in Power Options and Advanced Settings—Windows 8 PC settings too. Despite that, it keeps turning on by itself without any user input (probably). It started happening only this evening. The monitor was off before, then it just activated on its own. Now it doesn’t shut down as it should. I saw a suggestion about mouse signals possibly involved, but since it worked before, I’m not sure. My Logitech G502 Pro is for reference. Any advice would be greatly appreciated—especially since the screen light bothers me when I try to sleep, but I can’t turn off the computer. Also, there’s a message saying MSGV:TPP is downloading free games from NVIDIA.

I don’t have access to real-time system settings, so I can’t confirm whether the screen shuts down automatically after three minutes on Windows. Please check your device’s settings or help menu for this option.

The display should turn off after three minutes, but it doesn’t. Check the settings or power configuration to resolve the issue.

Have you attempted to reach out to the manufacturer of your computer (if it's pre-built) or the screen producers?
