She uses an iPhone 11 Pro and experiences the screen turning off with a video playback when something approaches the camera. It seems the proximity sensor is likely involved.

You're suggesting it resembles an Apple sound.

I have to agree to an extent. I can't work with their PC's and I hate their phones too. BUT, I do have an Apple iPad Pro 12 inch and I absolutely love it. I have somewhere between 50 and 60 movies on it that I watch during my frequent overnight trips to the V.A. hospital down in San Francisco and it is also a blessing when flying between San Fran and New Orleans when I go visit my brother. On my last trip home from New Orleans back to northern CaliMexifornia the woman sitting next to me offered to buy it from me because all I did was use it for watching a good movie. It really helps to pass the time, that's for sure. Take care and good luck.
