You definitely succeeded with the Origin ON THE HOUSE, right? Try reinstalling the game to check. So far, everything seems fine.

Update your GPU driver and perform a fresh installation. Disable GPU overclocking if applicable; otherwise, adjust in-game settings before reinstalling the game. A complete system reset is unlikely to resolve issues.

It begins in fullscreen on your PC or appears as a bordered native window depending on your setup.

My display was completely open, which I didn’t like. I switched to the NVIDIA GeForce Experience and adjusted the settings. It made it full screen. For context, I’m using two 2 GB GTX 970 cards connected via SLI.

You can use alt+enter to switch to fullscreen, which usually works for most games.

Update applied successfully. Tested on NVIDIA GeForce Experience with settings adjusted. Changed from windowed to fullscreen and ran at 960 resolution. Stability maintained at 60 FPS. Restarted PC after an hour to verify performance.

I understand, but I wasn't aware that this large studio hadn't implemented the fullscreen option from the start.

Every NFS is a dedicated console connection, and lately most have complained about poor PC performance—especially with 60fps limits and limited GPU usage. They seem to be ignoring these issues now.

Yes, you can launch the app in full screen whenever you want. Modern systems let you do that easily, even without using older shortcuts.
