I completed my initial build and when the system powers on, it displays the MSI logo for a short moment before starting the BIOS. After adjusting a few settings, I saved and tried to boot bit, which then returns to the BIOS. I encountered error code 56 – “Invalid CPU type or speed.” Here are the details of my hardware: Intel i7 11700K, MSI H510I Pro Wifi, GeForce RTX 2060, Noctua NH-L9i cooling fan, Crucial P2 1TB, Corsair Vengence DDR4 3200 MHz RAM, Hyte case with a 700W PSU. I also have some BIOS screens attached – MSI_Bios.bmp, MSI_Bios_01.bmp, MSI_SnapShot_02.bmp.

Hi everyone, please upload your images directly into the thread instead of attaching them as files. This makes it easier for others to view them without needing downloads. Since I haven’t seen the pictures yet, I recommend letting the system automatically detect the CPU and resetting all BIOS settings to their default values.

The captured screens from the bios are ready for review. They seem to offer useful insights, not just random images.

Which Operations System do you want to install? You have to insert an install medium for the OS you want to install. It seems, that you have plugged in some kind of USB device which is not bootable. What does the USB device contain?

I was trying to set up Windows 11. While making the installation disk, I simply placed the tool on the USB without following the installation steps. Once done, it started booting immediately and proceeded to the OS setup menu. Thank you for your assistance and have a happy new year!
