I woke up this morning and checked my MSI gaming app; it showed I didn’t have OC mode turned on, so I enabled it. It asked me to restart, which I did. Now my SSD sometimes behaves oddly—Windows doesn’t recognize it if the PC shuts down suddenly (like a power cut). All I have to do is restart a few times and it works. This time after I restarted normally and logged in, my whole desktop started flashing rapidly, almost opening and closing apps quickly. Obviously, I can’t do anything once I’m there. Accepting the task manager for some reason. I attempted a system restore, but Windows said it couldn’t reset the PC. (No “fuck you” tone, just frustration.) I tried booting in safe mode, but it still flashes in Sage mode and I can’t help it. I think I should remove that GPU overclock, but there’s no way to do that without normal access to the machine—which I don’t have. Help is needed, I’m getting a bit worried about something serious happening.
