I'm experiencing issues with my dual monitor configuration. One monitor connects through HDMI to a VGA port, while the other uses a display port and is linked to my RTX 2070. Switching monitors or adjusting settings like display extension causes jittery visuals on the primary screen. Restarting the monitor resolves the problem after repeated attempts.
