Hello, your HP Pavilion 14-ce0005nc screen is displaying black and the pixels behave oddly, similar to the video you shared. You can log into Windows normally but face issues in Safe Mode. You can watch YouTube and other apps without problems. Possible causes include a display driver issue, corrupted settings, or a faulty graphics card. Reinstalling Windows helped, but Linux also showed the same problem. Consider checking the display settings, running a driver update, or testing with another graphics card if possible.
