Hello everyone, a few days back my computer began acting oddly—randomly showing a black screen, GPU fans spiking to 100%, and then freezing for a while before shutting down completely. This has gotten more common over time. I’m confident it’s not related to a driver problem since I’m dual booting Windows 10 and Hackintosh, and it occurs even when the system doesn’t power on at all or during POST. The problem seems completely random. I’ve tried several fixes: reseated the GPU, reconnected cables, cleaned everything, run stress tests with Prime95, Furmark, OCTT, and Memtest—only crashes happened after a Furmark GPU test. I repeated the OCTT twice and it stabilized. Also, OCTT reported an error on CPU core #3. I’ve replaced the memory, connected both RAM sticks, checked voltages via HwInfo64, and confirmed stable readings (max 76°C). Temperatures are normal during testing. The issues appear whether I’m idle or streaming random videos; I haven’t been gaming recently, so it’s unclear if that affects it. My setup is: motherboard Gigabyte B360 Gaming, processor I7 9700, GPU Gigabyte RX6800, PS Corsair Rm750x. Everything is running stock, no overclocking or modifications. Any suggestions to help reproduce the error would be greatly appreciated.

Check your RAM speed. Execute all stock and non-XMP tasks until the issue is fixed.
