Hello, Your PC occasionally shows a black screen on both monitors while gaming. You've already adjusted the GPU thermal paste, which helped temporarily, but the issue is returning. I'm unsure what to do next. Appreciate any advice you can offer.

Does the picture appear again shortly? Have you refreshed your GPU drivers (you might also reinstall them using DDU), and does this occur in all games? Does it happen while you're just operating your PC normally? Are you pushing the CPU beyond its limits? Please share more details. Good luck!

The picture fails to load. I attempted this previously and it didn’t work twice. 3. Every time I play, it doesn’t function properly. 4. It only occurs when the program isn’t idle. 5. Perhaps the PCIe connection is unstable—it might be a bit unreliable.

It returns after a reboot, but you might be wondering if the PCIe connection is the issue. You could attempt to reinsert it firmly to confirm.

Sure, I need to reset everything again. Regarding the PCIe issue, ZTT mentioned a faulty GPU that, once he adjusted it, resumed functioning—similar to what you're experiencing.
