Hello. I encountered an unusual issue. Usually, after turning on my PC, the Aorus logo vanishes and I see only a black screen with no response to any input, just backlight. The problem disappears when I restart the monitor. I've checked all the essentials—different cables, outputs, monitors, and power supplies. I updated the BIOS, reinstalled Windows, and ran diagnostics on my RAM and SSD. Even though I sent the graphics card for warranty, they returned it saying everything is fine. The issue also resolves when I connect a basic GPU like the GF 730, which is why I initially sent it in for warranty. Any ideas about what could be causing this?

Update the graphics card drivers and install the correct ones, then run a test. It would be useful to have your complete system specifications and the monitor’s brand and model listed.
