The system began displaying random black screens that persisted until the PC had to be force shut down. After three months, I reported that my PC didn’t start properly. It would boot into safe mode briefly but then failed again. I performed a full reinstall, wiping all drives and installing Windows from a DVD made with a media creation tool. The installation lasted about 30 seconds before the screen went black again. Windows would load the wheel under the logo, then another black screen would appear. This cycle repeated three times before returning to the same error message. I tried booting from the DVD on another machine without issues.
On the HP Elite 7300 Series MT Windows 10 Pro 64-bit PC3-10600 DDR3 SDRAM (1333 MHz), 16GB (4x4GB) with 3.0 Gb/s SATA, 1TB SSD, and a Gigabyte Evo SSD, I used the NVIDIA GTX 570 aftermarket card. The system worked briefly before restarting under Windows.
If helpful, I observed signs of leaking capacitors on the GPU, possibly affecting performance. A video explanation in Czech (bez signálu) indicates there’s no signal.
The issue seems related to possible RAM problems. It’s straightforward to check. If you haven’t done so, remove three memory sticks and leave only one in BANK 1. If the issue persists, swap that single stick back with another. If it still doesn’t work, it’s probably not a RAM fault but a good starting point.

If you can't find a GPU, purchase a budget model to test, then keep it on hand for future checks or emergencies. The one I purchased for around $17 from eBay had confirmed a GPU problem I was experiencing... there were cheaper options available, but this model includes an HDMI port and offers better convenience with its matching ports.
