Your desktop remains locked on the Aorus splash screen after reboots or updates. After a Windows update, you restarted your PC but it still fails to progress beyond the spinning circle. Multiple restarts didn’t help either. The automatic repair reported an error, and running startup repair failed. A system restore to a backup worked fine, allowing you to log in normally. However, whenever the computer restarts, it gets stuck again on the loading screen. It bypasses the screen but doesn’t reach the BIOS. I’m here to assist!

Begin with a CMOS reset. Remove the battery along with the power cable. If the issue continued, try connecting the drive as a secondary in another system or run Windows Media Creation Tool via USB. Once installed, go to I think advanced, then Command Prompt. Use diskpart to locate the correct drive letter (it may not be C here). Execute chkdsk /f /r <drive letter>. After that, run sfc /scannow to detect and repair any problems. If these steps fail, consider a full Windows reinstall.

Same problem again. You can reinstall Windows over and over, but as soon as you restart, it freezes on the Auros screen. I had this at the tech shop—we cleared everything, and now I’m stuck. No matter which boot method you use, it keeps looping and won’t get you back online. Unless the hardware is set to do a clean install every time you reboot. Really strange feature.
