Hello, I recently upgraded my PC and since then my second screen (an old TV connected via HDMI) has started showing strange behavior. Every time I watch Netflix, YouTube, or any other video, it works perfectly, but sometimes the video stutters and the audio disappears. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the GPU drivers, changing cables, running Windows troubleshooter, and even reinstalling Chrome. The only solution seems to be turning off the TV, waiting a few seconds, then turning it back on. Could you help me figure out what might be wrong or suggest a fix? My system details are: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-A gaming RTX 3080ti, Windows 10. The TV is an old Haier model and I’m not sure of its exact make or year. The monitor connected to the display works fine. Thank you for your assistance and sorry for my poor English.

No, I didn't attempt that; I'll check if it assists. Thanks.
