I occasionally restart and can't see my desktop icons. My PC looks clean, so everything else functions normally—taskbar, mouse, opening windows—but I can't click or drag anything as if it were empty. It's frustrating. Help needed with Windows 10.

Click the empty area on your desktop, choose the "View" menu, and ensure the "Show desktop icons" option is selected.
