Trying to reinstall Windows atm is causing issues. The screen freezes when using Express Settings, then restarts and goes back to the beginning. Please help me. Your file is 20170927_213908.mp4.

I've already adjusted the custom settings, but I still receive the same outcome.

How much time has passed since it appeared on the hello screen? I've been waiting there for more than an hour before I started working.

The past hour has only been a cycle; adjusting my preferences, rebooting the machine and continuing again

Consider reinstalling Windows by downloading it again and installing it on another drive. It might be that the original installation was damaged. If the issue persists with another installer, test using a Linux live environment to check for hardware issues.
