I frequently power off my laptop from sleep mode and notice a static display where each pixel flickers through red, green, and blue. A photo was shared, but it’s hard to discern the exact pixels. The issue persists until I completely shut it down.

Check if the latest nVidia and Intel drivers are present and confirm whether Windows 10 is currently active.

Yes, everything is working now after the fall creator update. I’m not entirely sure if it’s Windows, but there are reports about this problem. When it occurs, the speakers make a crackling noise. I might consider using SFC.

It seems your system has been acting strangely lately, especially after the updates for the FCU. Someone recommended deleting .Net where possible and then reinstalling the FCU using the media creation utility.
