Screen disappears when the monitor is active.

Hello, I'm experiencing a problem where my PC won't boot even though the monitor is on. The screen doesn't display anything when the monitor is active, but it works when turned off. Others are facing similar issues? I've reset the CMOS, checked the DP cable, tested all cables, and tried replacing the RAM. Anyone else having the same problem?

Yes, once you power on the PC and the monitor, it should function properly.

It functions properly on my Rtx 2060. The problem only appeared after upgrading to the RTX 3060. I tested it on a different monitor with the 3060, and it worked well.
