I just started my computer, which functioned properly the previous day, but now I see a black screen with a white line. There’s no BIOS logo or any other standard display. I’ve restarted it three times without improvement.

It seems there was an interruption in power. Now what?

I resolved the issue by disconnecting all components, restarting them, then reconnecting everything. I hope this assists another person.

Observed identical issue with Ryzen on a board lacking proper QVL for its RAM. Caused frustration for several months. Re-seating RAM or GPU provided short-term relief but repeated every 8-12 cold starts, leading to sleep mode freezes. Functioned normally otherwise. It took a few months from the initial build before I addressed it; once resolved, it worked perfectly. Eventually, the RAM wasn’t listed on the board manufacturer’s QVL, and the problem continued until I swapped in compatible RAM.
