Hi everyone, a few hours ago my program froze and displayed a white screen. I managed to restart using the second monitor. After booting, I saw a black screen with no cursor or working key combinations. Attempted to reset graphics drivers, but the task manager didn’t respond. Updating the BIOS didn’t help either. I changed the CMOS battery and removed all peripherals, tried installing Windows 10 from USB again, but the background was still purple with a cursor. After unplugging and swapping cables, only the single monitor worked. The Windows logo didn’t appear during startup. I also removed and reinserted RAM sticks, cleared NVMe SSDs, but the HD card wasn’t taken out.

I omitted the specifications and focused on the details. Let me know if you'd like further clarification.
