Screen appears black but fails to power on through BIOS.
I once faced a situation where my PC wouldn't boot and only displayed a black screen. I tried using BIOS, but nothing worked. I also attempted to clear CMOS, unplug everything for 30 minutes, and rebooted, yet the issue persisted. I suspect the motherboard might not have accepted the RAM overclock from a year ago. Could you help? My system specs are: Intel i7 4790, Gigabyte GYGABIT Z97, HD3 RAM, 4x 4GB DDR3, and an RTX 3070 with Corsair 520W.
To turn off the PC, press the power button firmly—all the fans should stop and the lights should turn off.
It often means you're sending data but not seeing the output. Have you tried using a different cable or monitor?
I used two monitors connected via HDMI and DisplayPort, and also enabled HDMI on inboard graphics.
