I've updated the system, but every time I power it off and turn it back on, I encounter these intermittent black screens. It seems to flicker occasionally. Each time I reinstall the NVIDIA drivers it resolves, but right after I restart it again the issue persists. I've also tried disabling the AMD integrated GPU via Device Manager and removing its installation setting, but it keeps appearing in Device Manager. Instead, I chose to turn off the driver, though that didn't fix the problem. This has been frustrating, as I have to reinstall drivers every time I need to use the computer. I'm considering leaving these details for the manufacturer. The PC specs are: Mobo- Asus ROG Strix X670E-F gaming GPU, MSI Gaming x Trio GeForce RTX 4090 24GB CPU, AMD Ryzen 9 7950X, PSU Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 TT Premium 1650W (80+ Gold), G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB 64GB DDR5-6000 CL30, Meshify 2 XL ATX case, Corsair MP600 2TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 NVMe drive, Crucial P3 Plus 4TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 NVMe drive, and Seagate IronWolf Pro 8TB HDD.

Turn off the built-in graphics in BIOS. After that, reinstall the NVIDIA drivers at least once.

turns off the GPU in BIOS, reinstalled drivers using DDO, turned off HDR just as a precaution, everything is set for maximum performance but the problem continues. After each startup, a few seconds to minutes go by and I see random 5-10 second black screens. The issue also appeared on another PC where it worked fine.
