Hello, the problem occurs when I stay online for too long and it displays a black screen. It doesn’t respond to any input, even the restart or power buttons. I need help fixing the PSU issue and it seems related to the shutdown functionality. After reinstalling Windows, it restarts again and powers on after a couple seconds. The DxDiag.txt file is showing something unusual. Please advise on the next steps.
