I was assembling my PC and accidentally dropped my motherboard a few times, making me anxious about its functionality. If I restart it after the incidents, will everything be fine? Also, could turning it on with minor damage affect the GPU?

What were you doing with that screw? It’s completely stripped. It seems you left some marks on the board, which means it probably won’t work perfectly.

How many ugga-duggas did you attempt to insert? It seems the dimensions were incorrect, and it caused a cross-thread. Luckily, you managed to remove the solder mask, and the traces appear intact.

For future reference, PCs require minimal force during installation. Be gentle with it.

Ask someone else to handle it next time. Honestly, that’s a terrible idea.

Performing multiple stress tests. Verify every feature. I notice it's close to USB and SATA connectors. Make sure all of them are checked.
